Seíō Centre is an innovative new art centre which provides curated experiences that channel the power of art and somatics to shake, rock and stir inner awareness. We approach art not as isolated objects or events, but as part of a wider ecology of thinking, making, caring, and presenting. Our work is rooted in holistic, process-based approaches to artist practices.

This internship is designed for someone who wants to contribute to our evolving community. The role will be structured with clear design and curatorial projects and objectives, offering hands-on involvement in exhibitions, visual communication, research, and the practical operations of a small and innovative art centre.

You Will Be Involved In:
-Supporting graphic and visual design for exhibitions, programs, and communications
-Participating in exhibition research, preparation, and curatorial workflows
-Supporting the program including openings, workshops, concerts and events including video documentation
-Assisting with development of social media style guide and content
-Helping realize community outreach and strategic audience development
-Contributing to conversations around experimental forms of presentation and engagement

Requirements:
-This internship must be mandatory as part of an academic program
-Demonstrated fluency in art, design, curatorial studies, art history, or related fields
-A genuine interest in holistic approaches to art and its presentation
-Comfort working collectively, contributing to shared goals rather than individual projects
-Basic familiarity with design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential
-Attentive, reflective, and open to process-based working
-Self organising and detail oriented
-The day to day work of the Centre is in English, German is also required.
