Internship at Schiefe Zähne

Schiefe Zähne is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2017 and located in Berlin Schöneberg. We are looking fo an intern to join our team starting as soon as possible, for a duration of three months. This position is part-time and offers direct involvement in all facets of a young gallery’s operations, working closely with a small team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and interested in contemporary art.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and assisting with general gallery maintenance
• Keeping image archives and website up to date
• Handling press requests and maintaining the image archive
• Creating documents such as artist CVs, press kits, and newsletters
• Assisting with the gallery’s daily operations

Requirements:
• Active interest in contemporary art
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and quickly understand new tasks
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and German
• Ideally, familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop
• Preferably suited to students in the arts and culture sector

The internship is remunerated.
