Studio Manager

Studio Manager, and personal assistant to the artist, preferably a women´s position.

We are looking for a person with experience in the field to work closely with the artist, and her assistants.
Requirements :
Must be fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
Have experience and knowledge with Excel, word, photoshop, sketch up, or equivalent, and archival programs.
Organising transports and responding to requests.
Excellent writing skills and be familiar with doing research on different topics.
Have the capacity to deal with different logistics and engaging with several production teams.
Very good communication skills
Be independent in working closely with the galleries and Art Institutions.
Be very pragmatical, optimistic and sympathetic.

working hours:
Preferably 3 to 4 times per week
starting as soon as possible.
the studio is located in Wedding.
