JMES World ist ein Art & Fashion Tech Startup, das sich auf seinen ersten großen Launch vorbereitet. Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Social Media manager mit Marketing Erfahrung, der unser Team verstärkt und sich um die Präsenz von JMES World auf unseren Social-Media-Plattformen kümmert.

Was du machen wirst:

- Leben des Themas social media (esp. LinkedIn, Tiktok + Instagram)
- Entwicklung von social media (Marketing) Strategien zusammen mit unserem creative director
- Entwicklung und pflege eines content Kalenders
Beiträge und Bildunterschriften schreiben, Fotografien erstellen und in unserem Stil bearbeiten, kurze Videos/Reels/TikTok’s erstellen und bearbeiten, insbesondere bei Events von JMES
- Erstellen von social media Inhalten und Beiträgen auf allen social media Kanälen in engem Austausch mit dem Creative Director
- Aufbau und Entwicklung neuer social media Plattformen
- Aufbau, Ausbau und Überwachung des Engagements auf allen social media Plattformen
- Analysieren der Performance von social media Kanälen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Performanceverbesserung.
- Anwendung der Corporate Design Sprache von JMES
- Beitrag zur Entwicklung von JMES durch Verbesserung und Erweiterung unserer social media Kanäle
- Branchen Trends und Veränderungen stets im Auge behalten um unsere social media Kanäle kontinuierlich weiter zu entwickeln.

Du passt zu uns wenn du:

- Proaktiv bist und viel Leidenschaft für social media hast.
- Hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten
- Hast Spaß daran, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und auszuprobieren
- Freude daran hast, strategische und praktische Arbeit in Einklang zu bringen
- Verfügst über ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
-Kennst dich mit Foto- und Videobearbeitungs-Tools aus
- Kennst du Grundlagen von online und offline Marketing
- Verfügst über ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis von Social Media Platformen (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, einschließlich deren Marketing- und Werbetools
- Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du sprichst fließend Englisch (Mindestniveau: C1)
- Liebst es mitten in der Mode- und Tech Welt zu sein.

Social Media Manager (w/m/d), part time 30h

About the role:

JMES World is an Art & Fashion Tech Startup that prepares for its first large launch. We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager with Marketing experience to join our team and take care of JMES World’s presence in our social media platforms

What you'll do:

- Owning the topic Social Media (esp. LinkedIn, Tiktok + Instagram)
- Developing Social Media (Marketing) strategy’s together with our creative director
- developing and maintaining content calendar
writing posts and captions, taking and editing pictures, creating and editing short videos/reels/TikToks esp. on location and events for JMES
- creating, curating and publishing Social Media content and posts across Social Media channels in close exchange with the design team/ creative director
- building and developing new Social Media platforms
building, growing and monitoring engagement throughout all Social Media platforms
- analyzing performance of Social Media channels and deriving measures to improve performance
- transferring brand, corporate identity, employer branding and key messages through our Social Media channels
- contributing to develop JMES by improving and growing our Social Media channels
- staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually optimize our Social Media presence

You'll be a great match for the position if you:

- are proactive and have a passion for Social Media
have excellent communications and analytical skills
- enjoy developing and trying new ideas and are a creative soul
- enjoy balancing strategic and hands-on work
- have excellent project management skills
- know your way around photo and video editing tools
- know the basics of marketing online and offline.
- have an excellent understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, including there marketing and ad tools .
- are a native German speaker and speak English fluently (minimum level: C1)
- enjoy being inside the fashion world.
