Beschreibung:
Archivio Conz is looking for an Art Handler (m/f/d) 32 hours/4 days per week, as soon as possible.

The position primarily includes the following tasks:

- depot organisation
- maintenance of the inventory
- logistical handling of artworks
- organising incoming and outgoing transports to galleries, including proper packing, loading, and delivery of the artworks
- handling incoming and outgoing loan transactions (transports, insurance, loan contracts)
- contact, correspondence and consultation with transport companies, institutions, collections, lenders and artists
- organising the setting up of the storage space and shelvings
- installation and dismantling of exhibitions

Our requirements:

- Confident writing and speaking communication in German and a good command of English
- Being a flexible team player, whilst displaying excellent time management, strong organisational and problem solving skills, is essential
- Experience in handling works of art
- Knowledge of materials and techniques, manual dexterity, quick comprehension
- Class B driving license
